Terms

If for any reason you wish to return a product received from Custom Boxes Only, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
  2. Contact us via support@customboxesonly.com in order to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to the following Custom Boxes Only.
  4. Once we have received and verified your shipment, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) back to your original payment method
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.

Conditions

Items can be returned for full credit (less shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Due to the nature of the items, Custom/Made-To-Order items, machines, and other equipment are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective. If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at support@customboxesonly.com, so we can help serve you better.

  2. Returns must be in resalable condition, and preferably kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation.
